I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LHMC) and owner of Vibrant Therapy in Ankeny, Iowa. I focus on individual therapy. I take a trauma-informed approach while focusing on trauma, perinatal mood disorders, OCD, life transitions, grief & loss, religious trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have a profound respect for using Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) with my clients who have experienced previously negative events in their lives. I also utilize Exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy a type of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) that can help treat a variety of conditions, including obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, and phobias.
